At Built Slowly, every order is handled with care. Please review the information below to understand how and when your order will be shipped.
ORDER PROCESSING
Orders are processed within 2–5 business days after purchase, excluding weekends and holidays.
Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
Please note that processing times may be longer during periods of high demand or limited releases.
SHIPPING TIMES
Estimated delivery times begin after your order has shipped, not when it is placed.
Domestic (U.S.) Orders:
- Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days
International Orders (if applicable):
- Delivery times vary by destination
- Typically 7–21 business days

SHIPPING RATES
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.
TRACKING INFORMATION
Once your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking number. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates to appear.
DELAYS
Built Slowly is not responsible for delays caused by:
- Shipping carriers
- Weather conditions
- Customs processing
- Incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses
If a package is delayed in transit, we recommend contacting the carrier directly using the provided tracking information.
INCORRECT ADDRESSES
Please ensure that your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout. Built Slowly is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly provided addresses.
If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address, additional shipping charges may apply to resend the order.
LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES
Built Slowly is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once they have been marked as delivered by the carrier.
If you believe your package has been lost, please contact the shipping carrier directly.
INTERNATIONAL DUTIES & TAXES (IF APPLICABLE)
International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees imposed by their country.
These fees are not included in the product price or shipping cost.
